Cooking Course in Marche Italy

The Marche territory so rich in food and wine products is the natural cradle for a cookery course which values the uniqueness of the products. With the course being led by Riccardo Parisse, you are immersed in a world of flavors typically Italian, which are closely related to the area. The course aims to show clear and simple regional cooking techniques and can be of 3 or 4 hours. The goal is to teach the techniques and to demostrate to the preparation typical Italian recipies to participants. The course to consist to discover the genuine old flavours of the Marche Region. Get to really know the old flavours & typical aromas of the marchigiani area. It will be like turning back in time, thanks to chef Riccardo Parisse who will teach you how to make the famous vincisgrassi(the “lasagna” of the region) hand made pasta, and the fantastic Ascolane olive whilst you savour some of the best Marchigiani wine.

Otherwise if you like hunt you could hunt the valuable truffle and than cook them with the cooperate of a famous chef. In succession you could find a description of our activities. The first activity is TRUFFLE HUNTING The hunt of the truffles is available from September or October. Here you can learn all about the White and Black truffles from Le Marche. The Truffles excursion includes being taken out in the morning by an experienced truffle hunter with the special cooperation of truffle’s dogs looking for fresh truffles; after you will go to the Ramuse Agriturismthe Paolo Ciccioli is waiting for you to allow you to cook with an Italian Chef: Riccardo Pariss. The shef will show you how to use the truffles and will teach you to cook the most delightful Italian dishes. Exactly Riccardo Parisse will keep a COOKERY COURSE (this is the other activity) where you will experience a fantastic and enjoying cooking class to discover the genuine, old flavors of the Marche region. Get to really know the old flavors and typical aromas of that area. It will be like turning back in time thanks to Nonna Rosa who will teach you how to cook the typical dishes of Marche like for example the famous “Vincisgrassi” that it is like the Italian “lasagna” (but is really really more delightful) or otherwise the Ascolana olive, in the meanwhile you will taste some of the better wines that this precious land can offer to you!
